Return and refund policy

When purchasing through our website, you are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable distance selling legislation.

You may cancel your purchase within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt by notifying our Customer Service team. Upon contact, Customer Service will provide detailed instructions regarding the return process and the applicable refund procedure.

The right of withdrawal applies provided that the product, including any accessories, is returned in its original, unused, and unaltered condition. For hygiene and consumable products such as nutrition items, beverages, detergents, oils, or similar goods the right of withdrawal does not apply once the seal has been broken.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise required by law. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued no later than thirty (30) days from the date we receive the returned goods.

Force majeure

Vega Cycling AB shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control. These events may include, but are not limited to, war, natural disasters, labor disputes, governmental actions, disruptions in supply chains, or other circumstances that could not reasonably have been anticipated.

In such cases, Vega Cycling AB is released from its obligations for the duration of the event, without penalty.
