Shipping Policy
At Vega Cycling, every bike is prepared with the same care and precision with which it was engineered. The following information outlines how orders are processed and delivered.
Order Preparation
Each bicycle is assembled, tuned, and inspected by our technicians before leaving our facility. This process ensures that every bike arrives in perfect mechanical condition.
Orders are typically prepared for shipment within 3-30 business days. During new releases or peak periods, preparation may take slightly longer.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to customers in Sweden, across the European Union, and to selected international markets. Availability will be shown during checkout.
For delivery requests outside listed regions, our team will be happy to assist.
Delivery
Bicycles are shipped with specialist logistics partners experienced in transporting high-value goods. Each frame is secured in reinforced packaging designed specifically for bicycle transport.
Estimated delivery times:
Sweden: 3–7 business days
European Union: 5–11 business days
International destinations: 8–29 business days
Delivery times are estimates and begin once an order has been dispatched. While we work closely with our logistics partners to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
These may include severe weather conditions, transportation disruptions, customs processing, strikes, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, delivery times may be extended. We appreciate your understanding and will always do our best to keep you informed.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.
We currently offer free delivery within the EU on bikes only.
From time to time, we may also offer complimentary shipping on complete bicycle orders.
Duties and Taxes
Orders delivered within the European Union include applicable VAT.
For destinations outside the EU, local import duties, taxes, and customs charges may apply. These are determined by local authorities and remain the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Inspection
We recommend inspecting the package upon arrival before signing for delivery. If you notice visible damage to the box, please inform the courier and contact us within 48 hours so we can assist.
Missed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier may arrange a second attempt or hold the shipment at a nearby depot. Additional shipping fees may apply if the order is returned to us and requires reshipping.
